This person will help keep plans running smoothly by assisting with schedules, reminders, communication, preparation, organization, and practical tasks on the day. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, calm under pressure, attentive to detail, comfortable working behind the scenes, and willing to step in wherever support is needed. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) will be required to help maintain a confidential working environment.

This is a paid, as-needed position rather than a traditional full-time assistant job. Support will be scheduled around rehearsals, performances, events, shoots, and other creative projects, so dependable availability and the ability to accommodate a changing schedule are important. Every agreed assignment that you work will be paid.

The goal is to build a trusted, ongoing working relationship, with the aim of developing this into a permanent, full-time paid role should the opportunity arise.

We’re looking for a creative, dependable, and trend-aware Social Media Coordinator to help strengthen Charlotte Rose Marie’s online presence. This person will assist with planning, creating, editing, and scheduling engaging content across platforms. This includes promoting music releases, performances, and events, as well as capturing rehearsal and live-show content that showcases the mission behind the artist.

The ideal candidate will understand current social media trends, short-form video, platform best practices, audience engagement, and content strategy. They should also bring fresh ideas that support growth and meaningful connection.

This is a paid, part-time position with work scheduled as needed and agreed upon for each assignment or project. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) will be required due to access to private accounts, unreleased content, and behind-the-scenes information.

We’re looking for a strategic, resourceful, and relationship-driven Booking Agent to identify and secure suitable live performance opportunities for Charlotte Rose Marie and her band.

This person will research venues, events, festivals, and other performance opportunities; introduce and pitch the artist to organizers; negotiate performance fees and terms; secure dates; and help coordinate booking details. The ideal candidate will understand Charlotte’s music, audience, and direction and will pursue opportunities that align with the artist’s identity and mission rather than simply seeking any available stage.

Compensation will be mutually agreed upon and may take the form of a flat fee, a fee for each confirmed booking, or a percentage of Charlotte’s earnings from opportunities secured by the Booking Agent. We’re looking for a skilled, dependable, adaptable, and team-minded Live Sound Engineer to help Charlotte Rose Marie and her band create a consistent, professional sound during rehearsals and live performances.

The engineer will be an important part of the preparation process—not someone who arrives only for the performance. They must be available for required rehearsals, pre-event setup, and soundchecks so they can become familiar with the music, arrangements, musicians, vocalists, and technical needs of the show. This preparation will help create an environment where the entire team is confident, prepared, and working toward the same sound.

Every agreed work assignment will be paid, including rehearsal time, setup, soundchecks, live performances, and breakdown. Owning a PA system or sound equipment is not required, but the engineer must be familiar with—or willing to learn—Charlotte’s equipment and the systems supplied by individual venues.

This may include up to two rehearsals during the week leading up to the performance. They must also be available to travel throughout New Mexico and out of state should opportunities arise.

The ideal candidate must be familiar with Charlotte’s music, committed to practicing independently, and available for rehearsals during the week. This may include up to two rehearsals during the week leading up to the performance. They must also be available to travel throughout New Mexico and out of state should opportunities arise.
